Before founding CFI, Daria led major talent operations and process improvement initiatives, often working at the intersection of security, logistics, and workforce readiness. Her ability to identify gaps, implement effective solutions, and lead with clarity positioned her to launch CFI with a strong focus on integrity, efficiency, and innovation.

As CEO of CFI Building Solutions, Daria drives the company’s mission to protect people and property through smart, scalable building security strategies. Under her leadership, CFI focuses on integrated solutions that combine physical security systems, training, and operational support tailored to client needs.

Chris brings over a decade of experience in the physical security industry. He has led the founding and growth of service-based companies, developed teams, and driven sales. Chris combines hands-on expertise with leadership in delivering dependable, scalable security solutions. 

At CFI Chris drives both the operational engine and growth strategy of the company. In his dual role, he manages field technicians, subcontractors, and ensures that projects are delivered on time, and to the highest quality standards. Chris also leads the company’s business development efforts—cultivating client relationships, securing new contracts, and managing the full sales lifecycle, RFP responses, and partnerships.
